Dhruv Mehrotra: So the passenger returned. And when the driver arrived back, a member of the phone answered, and it was fundamentally spent, saying, “Look at a prisoner, called 911.” And no ambulance was sent.

Dhruv Mehrotra: And even that caller, you can hear this from the banna of the breed in the background. It is obviously that he is a moment when someone thinks they need medical care, and they couldn’t find it, and they are banned from finding that. And in fact, this is just one example, many prisoner members tell us the same thing. That loved ones could not find their care, even during times when they believed that their loved one should be brought to the hospital because of a serious disaster.
Leah Fegers: Right, as you said, spoke to family members and talked to immigration lawyers and experts to really complete these posts and do what you were doing because you had 911 calls. What were some of these sanctes that filled them?
Dhruv Mehrotra: We were careful that we do not hold 911 data as a perfect matter, because it sometimes just sounds, sometimes they are just a medical emergency. These calls therefore only hold times when emergency can be wrong or are adequately identifiable to staff to take the phone and fence. But experts and lawyers are quick to express that in every call where many others may be made. In discussions, then, families and families in front of people were arrested, those important discussions gave the context that records were not able to. A woman named Mildred Pierre, a twice as a double-bereaved man in Stewart. He told us that last month or more, he broke his fall legs in the autumn. And he had to wait days that medical workers in Tebert. Another example of a woman named Kylie Chinchilla said she was her daughter, who is a well-looking student of Scoliosis and she often leaves lying on the floor pain.
