Emmanuel Haro’s parents were arrested on Friday and arrested for murder, over a week after his mother said the 7-year-old boy was captured, said San Bernardino County Sheriff.
They were arrested in their Cabo Comzon home, and the officials said they were still looking for a baby.

Their car was also taken by investigators as part of their son, according to Hughes.
