A neighbor beat the ‘daddy dad to death in line by shutting down the gate
The man was sentenced to 12 years for killing his “most popular” neighbor “to close the gate.
Trevor GoCan, 57, stabbed and beat Jam “Jim” Eill, 74, outside the housing charity in Cavent Garden, in central London, leaving him with painful brain injury.
Mr. O’Neill died in hospital for two weeks.
The Crown Crown Court Lleed on Thursday that the two altered words after leaving the gate that was opened.
CCTV showed strife and took less than 90 seconds before Mr. O’neill was on the ground with serious injury.
The Court heard that the 12-year-old saw the last kicked on his mother and his grandmother trying to help the victim.
Mr Neiill’s widow, Sarah, said that she was left “completely destroyed” and was anointed in bad dreams.

“Jim was not the only 49 years but my soul was with him,” he said in his statement.
“I feel depressed, usually we cry, I’m in a dark thought.
“I struggle to sleep and have bad dreams I see the love of my life gets up.”
He said he was obliged for sale home and did not leave the flat weeks behind the attack.
Their son, Amos, O’neill, said that he saw his father “began to lose” and told the court: “We have never been justice.”
The official is prohibited from bad but was found guilty of killing Jage 1.
Prosecutor Ulc Wishing KC said the violence went “well without” one punch and included the use of “shod foot” – as a shoe – like a weapon.
Confirmation of the Protection Benjamin Aina KC, said the attack “is out of the character” and may not have had previous services.
However, he had received an awareness in 2012 by pressing his wife.

The court also heard that Cacan had a caretaker of his children, one of them one-Autism.
In a letter studying the court, he said: “I am so sorry, sorry. Words cannot describe the remorse that I hear.
“I am fully committed to what happened.
“I had failed my children, religion, and above all Mr. O’neill.”
Judge Hales told him: “I am satisfied that Mr O’Neill was caused by an illegal action just crossing the GBH.
“He told the Jury called 999 – Your phone was no longer the call for this call.
“The truth did not do anything like.”
Forwarding his sentence, Judge Sally-Ann Hales KC said he told Cacocan: “Your illegal acts on October 6 2024 caused Jim O’neill, the most popular father.
“You don’t have to defend yourself – the truth is, you have lost anger and control. Go.
“He was much older than you.
“In his shorts shorts and Crocs, which were revealed, the big threat. If you felt honest, you could leave.”
He said the attack, including the beating and two kicks, held “a great threat to” harm or death.
“Don’t do anything,” he said. “Your regret, if it is true, take a long time.”
Emcan, dressed in sweatpants were released from prison, showed no feelings as the sentence was passed.
He must serve two thirds of the 12-year sentence in custody before being considered reliably.
