An illegal stranger from Senegal was charged with angry assault and culture (ICE) reinforced by the police and other imprisoned and deadly weapon.
Home Security Department of Security (DHS) announced charges against Bass Mneye in a statement issued on Thursday.
According to the statement, Ndiley was arrested by July 17 and was taken to a development building in New York City for processing.
